Rental of driving carts is subject to staff discretion. Presentation of a valid driver’s license upon request at the cashier’s desk is mandatory. By furnishing a valid driver’s license, the lessee expressly acknowledges and agrees to assume complete responsibility for any potential risks associated with renting a golf cart, including but not limited to damages to the cart, personal injury, or property damage while operating it. Should a customer get a golf cart stuck on the course, it unfortunately concludes their day of golf. This policy ensures course integrity, safety, and pace of play. Adherence to regulations underscores the importance of responsible conduct for an enjoyable golfing environment. Additionally, to operate a cart on this course, individuals must be 18 years of age or older as per insurance regulations, prohibiting minors from driving golf carts.
